He deserves the ultimate punishment, consequence, that God deals out.
Eternal death without hope of a resurrection.

Satan is a liar, but he won't be the only one getting punished on Judgement Day.
All of his little followers on Earth and his fallen angels will all burn in Fire and the world will be made new for all of God's people.
Satan isn't the only one that has committed huge sins.
Other people have and they will probably have the same punishment.
