hey my girlfriend and her mother have an extremely weird disease and i want to help so bad but the doctors don't even know what it is. i wish someone could help them so bad but i guess they won't be able to find out what's wrong with them until her mother dies. I believe there is a problem with their immune system. they are rarely hungry, they get an upset stomach all the time and sometimes her mother shakes and has bad headaches and sometimes seizures. someone please help.

I believe i know the problem.I use to have the same symptoms.I was rarely hungry.I had diarrhea, vomiting, shakes, seizures, messedup immune system, and i almost died from dehydration. No doctor would listen to me i suffered for 5 years until a lady i work with told me about CELIAC DISEASE.It is an allergy to wheat, barley, rye.Things like breads, pastas, certain cereals containing malt, root beer, gingeraile, even shampoo.i have been offwheat for 3 months i am slowly healing it can take up to 1 year because the wheat which contains gluten destroys your intestional tract .it also causes anemia, muscle weakness, muscle aches, feeling really tired.

Number one, a lot of the food in the US is terrible and I can understand someone who is just "fed up" with it and doesn't want to eat anymore. But if one looks, one can find good food at decent prices too.

If the mother doesn't eat it's no wonder she has headaches and seizures. The daughter may believe she has inherited the same condition even if the mom has anorexia nervosa which is due to emotional problems, not genes.

The daughter may be displaying the same symptoms as her mom out of unconscious sympathy, just like when you see someone vomit it makes you want to puke too.

Mom may also be doing a kind of emotional blackmail to prevent daughter from leaving her. It's a very, very old trick that some mothers do, making the young woman feel guilty for her wish to be independent and have a life of her own.

Daughter should try and get away from mom for a while just to see if the symptoms disappear. Maybe you could help without saying anything and try it like a gentle joke: prepare a dinner of irresistible treats -hey, the holiday season is coming!- not huge quantities but delicious tidbits like oysters, a tiny tin of caviar with blinis and sour cream or, more affordable, smoked salmon with a drop of lemon juice. Study fine food a bit and serve it on a toy dinner set where the plates are so small.... If you care for the girl.

So no infections? No ulcers? It actually sounds thoroughly like a criticism of the belly and intestines. Given the blood and mucus amongst different signs. Though more than a few matters can purpose mentioned lawsuits. Have they analysed the urine? If no longer then they must. If it smells that implies there's a few metabolite in it of a substance for your blood flow. Or even taken blood tTests? You maybe allergic to whatever you are consuming or a remedy you are taking. You desire a expert opinion.

I know this is a long shot but could they maybe have a allergie to gluten (celiac sp?). That is the only thing I can think of that would make you not hungry and sick to your stomach. If all else fail maybe john hopkins would be helpful. Sorry your family has to go through this.

Sounds like its hereditary, it runs in my family to have menieres disease with an essential tremor, sometimes severe vertigo attacks look like seizures and they do come with nasty headaches, throwing up or crapping yourself to death is common, just about everyday one way or the other, study up on menieres and diseases in that catagory, there are plenty of web sites. The inner ear causes mine, it can cause all kinds of diseases.
