I had a weird dream the other night, that im trying to interpret and something weird was said about St. James, and i have most of the dream figured out, except that. the thing that was said was "go get on the train and tell the pope that St. James hasn't seen Matt yet." (matt's my brother)... so if i know what he was the saint of, or known for, maybe i can figure the rest of the dream.

Maybe there is more than one man named James who has been sainted --- but the most obvious St James would be James, the half brother of Jesus, who wrote the book James in the Bible.

St. James was also the leader of the Jerusalem Church of Christian Jews.

Matthew wrote about James in Matthew 13:55

The emphasis on the Book of James is on the Lord's Return.

St. James was an apostle of Jesus. But there is also a St. James of the Marches, a Franciscan friar. For more information please go to this link.
