Don't be shy. Get out there. Start doing things that just get you to hang out with people. Take a community class at night, make new friends--even guys because that'll meet to finding more women.
Look, a stud will be able to get...let's say 1/3 girls he meets... that means he might strike out a couple of times before he gets a girl. If you're not a stud, and are a fat, nerdy, uninteresting, ugly guy with little confidence your odds might be 1/500.... everyone can find someone. Your odds might be 1/1000, but that just means you have to really work at just meeting more people. Meet 1000 women, ask get to know them a bit and ask them out, you'll get at least a few yesses. So its your choice, you either wait 30 years to encounter 1000 women, or you get yourself out there and start meeting as many as you can right now.

Well rule no 1 is to treat yourself good. Women make judgements based on what you're wearing and driving. When you see a lady that attracts your attention step up and give her a genuine compliment. Rule no 2 never compliment her on her beauty,like " you look real pretty". women hear that compliment everyday.
You can make comments on what she's wearing,her legs,eyes,or ask her the type of perfume she has on. Keep the comment truthfull and simple.
Next, make her reveal herself by asking questions. Keep your answers short and make sure you keep her talking. Learn some fascinating jokes to throw at her.
Be the first to leave her by asking for her email address. You can say something like this if at a party " Hi, Jennifer I've enjoyed our conversation but I have to leave now because of prior engagements...pause.... but write down your email address and we can surely continue our budding conversation or laughter. While she's writing you can add ---' you can also add your phone number since I might decide to hear your lovely voice again' Don't cling. Leave her wondering.

Get to know someone slowly. Smile at them and say hello for starters. Get to know her slowly. See if you would like to date and becomes more than friends down the road.
Be yourself. Never be anyone who you are not. It will eventually come out who you really are. You want someone to know you for you.
What are you looking for in a lady? What are your requirements? ie.... someone who is outgoing or shy? someone who is friendly to everyone or kind of grumpy? Evaluate your wishes for a meaningful relationship, if that is what you are looking for.

Seriously, there are a lot of chicks online you can rent for a good time. It is usually cheaper and easier than playing games with bimbos. Of course, prostitution is illegal in most places, so be careful about that. Good luck to you in any case.
