This cat is still a kitten and that's the way kittens play. They "stalk" things, cause that's what cats do, in the wild. He probably had to do this to survive on the streets. Take him and get him neutered ASAP, then when he wants to play, drag something around for him to chase. Or, get him some furry toys that he can attack and carry around. Surely, this kitten isn't hurting your dogs, or they would fight back. It sounds like they're ignoring him, and that's a good thing. Either of them could hurt him badly, if they wanted to. Just be patient with him, play w/him, and show him a LOT of LOVE. It sounds like he needs it!! Good luck................

Your kitten is being a typical kitten!

When my older cat was 2 months old, he would do the exact same things that you describe. I just got a string and would walk with the string dragging so that the cat would attack the string. I bought some balls for the kitten to chase around the house on his own. These two things kept him occuppied for quite some time. I now have another little kitten and he is doing the same things, attacking feet, dogs, and the older cat. He even climbs up my pant leg! With this one, when I see that his energy level is extremely high.. I run him around the house with a string until he tires out. I put the string down on the floor, he "kills" his catch and goes to sleep...
Kittens are hilarious at this age!!!

Your cat is just acting like a normal kitten. My kitten was just the same way with my dogs. I suggest that you observe them. and if the dogs don't mind the cat then you can let them sort it out. Remember that kittens are very playful. As long as the kitten is not harming you or the dogs then just let it run its course until the kitten calms down. Trust me, he will :)

I don't know if you can... but never play with him with you're fingers, and neuter him.. it'll probably help.
