The best way to slove this is naturally! Ok now what you do is get some oat meal (plain).... now put a cup of water into 3/4 cups of oatmeal.... heat is up... now stir for a couple minutes and drain the liquid into a container... now (start with a clean dry face) put some of the liquid on your face... let it dry and then use some of the oatmeal stuff and rub it on like a facial scrub (its ok if its damp... not sopping wet though!). Rinse and repeat as many times as you like... It leaves your skin nice and glowing! You can also do this when you take a bath! Only you fill up the tub (about 1/2 way) and you put 2 cups of oat meal in it... Its ok to have them floating around!

Seems like you have sensitive skin. Use cream cleanser (it used to be called cold cream) and avoid things that contain alcohol at all costs! They're extra-drying. Be sure the water you use is warm rather than hot (drying). Neutrogena has a great selection of things for people with sensitive skin.

You might also have something else going on (food sensitivity, some kind of allergy), so going to a doctor or dermatologist isn't a bad idea.

Good luck.

see a dermatologist.
and make sure to use face washed for sensitive skin and stuff.
Also, aveeno red calming face cream or something like that? that might help, since it cancelled out the red (but its a lotion so i dont know how it would turn out =p)

but yeah, my best advice is to see a doctor.
