If you live in the city limits then for #1 you should contact your city code enforcement office. For the dog problem, call animal control which is usually a county service. If you live outside the city limits then for #1, call your county code enforcement office. The dog problem is the same whether you live in the city of county. Hope this helps.

If in a city, call the police department. If in the county, call the Sheriff's Department. If nothing else, they will redirect you to the appropriate agency for your complaint. The trash issue is most likely covered by a littering law/ordinance, and the dog is probably covered by a leash law/ordinance. Good luck.

1. Report the trash litter to both the city, and the health department.

2. Report the loose dog to the pound. But please ask your neighbor to leash her dog. It is not the dogs fault, so please give the owner a chance to correct this behavior.

Remember to be very respectful of your neighbor, you have to live next to them. All the trouble I got into resulted from my anger at my neighbor. The police did nothing until I threatened my neighbor. Then the police had me in cuffs and convicted of a felony in seconds.

HAVE SOME FRIENDS IN FLORIDA AND THEY SAY THAT THE DOGIE DEAL IS A LEASH LAW AND A POO PER SCOOPER SHOULD BE OWNED BY THE OWNER(S) IN DADE COUNTY / FL??--MANY OTHER CITIES HAVE THE SAME LAWS AND AN OWNER CAN BE CITED BY THE CITY ORDINANCES.

TRASH SHOULD BE IN A CONTAINER AND A LID ON THE CONTAINER(S) THE OWNER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR KEEPING S/HE'S HOME LOT/ AREA CLEAN. MANY CITIES HAVE LAWS ON THE HEIGHT OF GRASS, TRASH, DOGS, CATS, FENCES ETC.

Go next door and talk to your neighbor about your concerns...you might be surprised at how well a little bit of one-on-one communication works before involving a Police Officer..!!

Call the cops and they will use a taser on her even if she's 90 years old and in a wheelchair.
