INGREDIENTS
8 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup marshmallow creme
2 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed
1/4 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
DIRECTIONS
Blend together the cream cheese, marshmallow cream and thawed topping. Add enough pineapple juice to make it dipping consistency. Chill for 1 hour.
If you prefer a richer, sweeter dip or topping, substitue mascapone for the cream cheese (mascapone is an italian cream cheese, and available at most grocery stores.)

You can make this one easily.
FRUIT DIP
1 (7 oz) jar marshmallow creme
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla
Mix all together, refrigerate to meld, and serve with fruit.
If you don't want a dip that the people will put their fruit in but rather have something you pour over your fruit and mix all together, then here's an easy one for that. My great-aunt always uses this with her cut fruit.
Pineapple juice and water to equal 3/4 c
3 T lemon juice
3 T butter
2 T cornstarch
1/2 c sugar
Combine and cook on low until it thickens. Cool completely and pour over fruit and mix together.

NEW from Wish-Bone is a Light Asian With Sesame & Ginger Vinaigrette Dressing. This is so good on fruit...if you look where they sell salad dressings, you will find many that work well on fruit...I like the raspberry vinaigrette,,,it is good on most furit salads....
Here is my favoirte if you like a creamy dressing..
SOUR CREAM FRUIT SALAD DRESSING
1 pt. sour cream
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
Stir sour cream and then mix in remaining ingredients. Refrigerate for 1 hour to blend flavors. Excellent for fresh fruit or fruit and gelatin salads. Stir dressing well before serving.
Of course a simple sour cream and honey, dressing will work too.

You might want to try the Poppyseed dressings that are available or even a Coleslaw dressing. These are lighter and a little sweeter than the normal variety of dressing available.

Bleu Cheese dressing drizzled on fruit is excellent. The tang of the salad dressing compliments the sweetness of the fruit.

Mix 8 oz of cream cheese with a jar of marshmellow cream. If you'd like it a little runny (like more like dressing), then use low fat cream cheese.
