One correct answer so far... some of you seem a little upset, is there something wrong?

No, it isn't Horus. Try again.

For those of you that are wondering, I changed the icon as another clue. I figured a lot of you are very close, and a few of you even have it right, but most of you are getting the persons mixed up, as well as the time period.

Remember, I said it's older than Christianity, which kinda rules out the freemason version. Again, this is NOT Horus.

Note the direction of the eye... that's a HUGE clue...

eye of Ra?

It's an Eye of Horus, although because it's in a triangle it may have other symbolism as well.

The Freemasons sometimes put their "All-Seeing Eye" in a triangle as a reference to the Trinity. Their eye looks more like something drawn by a graphic artist from the 50's, though. I haven't seen theirs looking like the Eye of Horus.

Aleister Crowley and the O.T.O. often use the Eye of Horus in a triangle, but it often looks a bit different than the one you're using.

Edit: Dude, why did you change it to something without the triangle?

It's the Eye of Horus in an Illuminati-style triangle.
