to be honest , whenever i see someone saying anything about Jesus...
like the person a few moments ago asking if he was raped as a child...
to me , this is someone either very stupid or a child let loose with a computer
very few people that I know would say a bad word about Jesus ... this includes Atheists
some Atheists have a problem with Christianity or some Christians ... but not with Jesus

Oh, Darlin' - don't be surprised...
Proverbs 16:27 Worthless people plan trouble. Even their words burn like a flaming fire.
2nd Peter 3:3-4 But first you must realize that in the last days some people won't think about anything except their own selfish desires. They will make fun of you and say, "Didn't your Lord promise to come back? Yet the first leaders have already died, and the world hasn't changed a bit."
Jude 1:18 They told you that near the end of time, selfish and godless people would start making fun of God.
Enough said.
Peace.

Agree. The amount of ridicule directed to the Lord Jesus is way disproportionate compared to the thousands of of other religions out there; but .. this was predicted by Christ Himself, as He said there would be some great tribulations for His followers.
He may look like a lamb, but He will strike with a rod of iron, all in good time and every knee will bow to Him, the mockers are going to get hurt and real bad too.

Could it be…the wicked one has sown his own seed in them
The wheat and the tares!
Matthew 13:30
Let both grow together until the harvest: and in the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, Gather ye together first the tares, and bind them in bundles to burn them: but gather the wheat into my barn.
This verse is very different in regards to other verses that talk about the “separation” or “gathering” of people …note here that the tares are accounted for first…the tares are those who have done the corrupting…Beast and the false prophet …they are placed into the Lake of Fire first…next gather the wheat…notice God doesn’t say gather my wheat…the wheat…into my barn…this wheat is corrupted..
From a farming view point…corrupted wheat bares no FRUIT…all that is left is hay and stubble… both burn easily!
Satan’s Seed:
Matthew 13 18 Hear ye therefore the parable of the sower. 19When any one heareth the word of the kingdom, and understandeth it not, then cometh the wicked one, and catcheth away that which was sown in his heart. This is he which received seed by the way side. 20But he that received the seed into stony places, the same is he that heareth the word, and anon (in a short time; soon) with joy receiveth it; 21Yet hath he not root in himself, but dureth for a while: for when tribulation or persecution ariseth because of the word, by and by he is offended. 22He also that received seed among the thorns is he that heareth the word; and the care of this world, and the deceitfulness of riches, choke the word, and………………… he becometh…………… unfruitful.
Unfruitful!
People become unfruitful when they don’t accept the Word of God.
Look here; “catcheth away that which was sown in his heart” this means all are born with God in their hearts…proof that we have free will to choose.
19When any one heareth the word of the kingdom, and understandeth it not (those people who have heard the word and don’t believe it…then comes the wicked one to take away the truth)
Does corrupted wheat bear fruit? Are they like hay and stubble?
Revelation 19:20
And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone.
Revelation 20:10
And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever.
God bless you,
Faith

Because the people that are doing that on here can't see Him therefore they don't believe in Him. The bible says that God forgives ignorance, which is exactly the people's problem that ridicule Him. I can't say bad things about them, because they are ignorant and unlearned. It's a shame that they won't pray and ask God to forgive them and get to know the loving God I know! We need to pray for them and their ignorant ways. All Jesus ever did was love the world and gave His life for us ALL! He never did anything to deserve such hatred

He died for the sins of the world. I know it's horrible isn't it?
How could he do such a thing, for us? *shakes head* terrible, terrible. lol.
people mock Jesus always. they did it then they do it now; nothing's changed.
---> as for the persons who called him a fictional character.... i'm LOL; i'm expecting his/her IQ isn't very high, and that he/she most likey flunked history in school LOL. Jesus is as much an historically documented figure, as Julius Caesar or Theodore Roosevelt. That person must not read much ROFL. ♥ okay (denii & neil s & corrosion.) do you read, at all?
*edit* dude, you serioulsy opened up a can of worms with this Q, i hope you know that right?! LOL

because the people that do are happy with their sin filled lifestyles and hate anyone who tells them "no".
so what they do is try to eliminate Jesus from their mind by claiming that he never existed and "science" created us or try to dig up the past and blame christianity for all the ills in the world or how many deaths they have caused or how it turns people into "zombies" or makes everyone ignorant or hateful and etc... but underneath it all, it's just a feeble excuse to not follow God's laws.
but take comfort in it. when they spew their hateful remarks towards Jesus Christ, they are proving Him real. why would someone get so angry and bent out of shape over something that supposedly "doesn't exist"??
the truth is it's not that they don't believe, it's that they don't WANT to believe. if God was real and Jesus Christ did exist, they know they'd have to change their ways.

I have no clue why there is so much hatred towards God! I will never understand this! All I know, Jesus was persecuted many times, when He walked in flesh and He so stirred this earth, with His love, death and resurrection that many feel they have to mock Him. It is that lack of faith, in the very One who redeemed us! It is a blindness, used by satan, to cause many not to see. Which, stirs many to mock...the very Son of God!
Let us join our hands, in prayer, that all will loose the blinders and know that God is GOD! Let us pray for the needy and always stand, for what Christ taught..".Love one another as I have loved you!"....Jesus.

Jesus hasn't done a thing; he was a nice Jewish boy. It's the CHRISTIANS who have behaved in such a way as to draw ridicule. They are proud of their ignorance. They're proud of their hatred of gays. They're proud of their hatred of science. They're proud of their hatred of people who disagree with them. Worst of all, they're proud of calling all that hate "love," and telling people it's for their own good.
THAT'S what's being mocked and ridiculed here. Until they get a clue that they are acting in a ridiculous fashion, and inviting what they get with their bigotry, pride, hatred, and ignorance, I have little doubt that it will continue.

Because He submitted to God the Father's authority and never held Himself to be higher than God, unlike Lucifer. For that cause, which would lead to redemption for mankind, the enemy has placed a target on His back.
Blessings to you.
