Depends where. If I'm in a large villa in Tuscany, with assorted ancillae and plenty of vino, not much. Coffee and tobacco probably, or the Internet. If I'm a slave in some bleak corner of Arabia, everything.
To everyone who said toilets: the Romans did actually have some pretty luxurious loos. They even had toilet paper.
