Honestly a one year old dog is going to be a challenge to potty train. If you are really commited and have the time then you can train them but, it is a huge commitment.
Not registered and not fixed is not a good thing....
Honestly I wouldn't pay more then $100-200. It would be better if the dog were FREE!!
If anymore then that they are asking too much.
Does the dog have any shots even?
If that dog doesn't work out here is a link to a rescue and too some breeders.
A good breeder breeds to better the breed and tests for genetic conditions.

I wouldn't give more than $50
Do you have any idea how hard it is to train an older dog not to go potty in the house. It is much harder to break bad habits.
I'ts going to cost a pretty pennyto get the dog fixed.
I also wonder what other problems you will have, if they didn't bother to house trainit you probably are getting a dog that has had no very little to no training and been allowed to do anythign
if you look at hoobly.com you can buy some Poms with papers, pups so you can train to what you want instead of trying to break bad habits.
I sau some between $250 and up they all come with papers.
I actually probably wouldn't pay anything if the dog is not fixed or not trained you are going to be spending so much money as it is it should be given not sold.

If its trully all those things, it better be free! I would not put a dime into a dog that has been going potty in the house for over a year and still not fixed and no papers on top of it. Its going to cost me money and time to take care of someone else's problem.

You shouldn't have to pay anything for a full grown dog that still pees on the floor, and doesn't have papers. Only a very greedy person would ask money for that. A good person would just be satisfied with giving their unwanted dog to a good family.

It depends on how much training has gone into the dog, how much has been spent on them for vet visits, and if it is mixed with any other breed. Youre looking at anywhere from (from a reputable breeder/rescuer) $150-$400 for a 1 year old
I work for Bossleys pom possie rescue- I listed the website below. We foster dogs, bring them up to date on all shots and we give them any vet visits that are needed. They stay with foster homes and are trained on how to live in house if they havent already been... we normally adopt dogs from anywhere between $200-$350

$50-100 at the very most. At this age there should have been some kind of training.

With papers, up to $1000, so without papers, I'd say less than half off that price. But be careful, there are people out there selling sick puppies who have had no medical or genetic testing done.

you can find pomeranians (including puppies) at shelters and rescue groups for just a donation usually (or at least not more than $200) and cost of spaying/neutering which is like $50

Don't even THINK about getting a pomeranian if it doesn't have papers! This means it could be a mixed breed and you're paying hundreds of dollars for nothing.
If you want to breed it then you couldn't sell the puppies for the fullbred price.
Also, if it's not potty trained after one year the owners aren't taking very good care of it, and it will be harder to train him/her.
I would get a puppy WITH papers and its shots.
They're about $500, females are more expensive, and the smaller they are, the more expensive.
