i've been working with him for about a year and we have never went out on a date, everytime i'm around him i get butterflies and my whole world changes. we've had sex i dunno how many times and we talk all the time. i've tried talking to him about making things official but for some reason he doesnt want the name or title..he told me to wait and be patient and still nothing...he knows i love and care about him, but he never wants to talk about his feelings torwards me..he always makes excuses even though he acts like he wants to be with me. i've decided to just draw the line and put a stop to it all bc of that, but since i work with him im afraid everything is going to be totally awkward and hes gonna be mad at me. i dont know if i should just tell him on the phone or just tell him in person next time i see him or even ignore him and try to play hard to get, maybe he will wake the hell up but i shouldnt have to wait, right?? im confused and i need help! :(

This is one of the reasons that office romances are difficult. Frankly, he is playing you and yes, it's going to be awkward. Is there another office or division you can work at? If not, it's better if you get another job. Continuing to see him will be difficult for a very long time.

Your post is just one of many reasons why I quit dating men in the office. The main reason being that if you break up, ya gotta look at them five days a week. If you tell him at work, it will really be awkward. You don't have to tell him anything. Just wait and see what happens. If he wants to meet you somewhere again, just smile and tell him no.

If u r married or he is get quit that job. Don't cheat on anyone. If not then ask him y he doesn't want to announce. If it is a good reason stay, if not leave bc he doesnt care about u. YOU REALLY NEED TO WAKE UP BEFORE YOU GET HURT OR HURT SOMEONE ELSE.
