Once again fiction and fairy tales prevail. NO, mind control is not a power Witches posess. Some have psychic abilities, but cannot control another person's mind. And those kinds of abilites are not limited to Witches alone. EVERYONE has the ability to posess psychic abilities (as well as other abilities). Witches and the like just have more experience working with these abilities. All it takes is practice.

What? You're going to prosecute someone who tried to warn you about your own stupidity and klutziness? *saddly shaking head* See this is why I don't warn people about things anymore unless I have to. If you don't like it when somebody warns you stop hanging with them, or tell them you don't want anymore warnings because it makes you uncomfortable. It's fairly basic.
