You best to take the initiative to rectify the situation.
Mail could run slow or it could be lost... then you are responsible anyhow for the ticket & fine.

Get a move on that, is my advice.

Nothing will come in the mail for about 6 weeks. Just make sure you pay it by the due date which is usually on the bottom of the front of the ticket.

Most tickets have the options of paying it through the mail or in person OR going to court to fight it. Either way, you normally don't get anything in the mail. If you haven't taken care of the ticket, you may have a bench warrent issued against you. The ticket should have the cost and also the date you should appear in court if you choose to do so or it is mandatory.
