I do not believe that Islam is my enemy. I do not agree with most of the the beliefs of Islam, but that doesn't make it my enemy. I do not understand your extreme position. We both believe in the God of Abraham. That is a starting point for agreement. I will pray for you and I wish you well.

Yes in a war, you collect meaningful intelligence. Actually understanding the Islamic faith is not overly meaningful intelligence. The important things are that it tries to link to Christianity which is exclusive and warns about such links, it claims "ancient" holy locations that had no religious significance before the 5th century CE - not good if they were supposed to be important to Abraham, think that one divine revelation nullifies a previous one. Basically this all adds up to a blatantly man made religion.

A final point, who in their right mind would trust a god that waited over thirty thousand years to reveal his plan?

Or check out a book called "Prophet of Doom." I checked this book against Islamic scholarship and found it to be accurate. Islam is one of greatest hoaxes ever perpetrated upon humanity. It is cruelly ingenious. It is the contrivance of Mohammed to get for himself the power and riches he craved. Those who honestly understand the motive of the false prophet hold thousands upon thousands in their grip. If someone is willing to risk the rejection of their fellow Muslims they will find a brilliant, fruitful and wonderful life outside of this lie.
