how about a cheesecake with a store bought or homemade graham cracker crust, it is nothing like pie crust!!!! or you could make any flavor jello, as the directions imply, and then add a container of cool whip or any whipped topping, stir it all up until it is thoroughly mixed... pou it in the store bought graham cracker crust and refridgerate!!!

Try this recipe. It is similar to pumpkin pie (no crust) and it is made in a crock pot so you make it ahead of time. It is a really good recipe as well, I love it!
Pumpkin Pudding
1 15-oz can pumpkin
1 12-oz can evaporated milk
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick
2 eggs, beaten
2 T. margarine, melted
1 T pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp. vanilla
Mix together pumpkin, evaporated milk, sugar, Bisquick, eggs, margarine, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla. Spray Crock-Pot with cooking spray and place pumpkin pudding mix inside, cover. Cook 4-1/2 to 5 hours on low or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

Peanut Butter Pie
1 1/2 cups finely ground peanuts (i like to use the honey-toasted kind cause it's a nice sweetness)
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 cup creamy peanut butter
4 squares BAKER'S Premium White Baking Chocolate
1-1/2 cups cold milk
1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding & Pie Filling
1 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
Mix ground nuts and butter, pat into pie pan (you may not need all of mixture). Microwave peanut butter and chocolate in microwavable bowl on MEDIUM (50%) 2-1/2 minutes; stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Pour milk into large bowl. Add dry pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes or until well blended. Add peanut butter mixture; beat until well blended. Gently stir in whipped topping. Pour into crust and refrigerate at least one hour.

Since pumpkin pie is just pumpkin custard in a crust, you could bake it in individual custard cups instead with no crust. If you prefer a fruit pie, you could make a cobbler. That way you need not serve crust to yourself.

in the grocery store are graham cracker crusts, chocolate cookie crusts, short bread crusts. don't like any of those??
so make your pie as a pudding!!! just put it in a square dish so everyone knows you did this on purpose.

I don't think you have to make a pie-crust and if you do, there are lots of different types. You can crush your favorite cookies or cereal to make them.

Maby crush up some oreos for sweet crust or put pumpkin in small baking dishes like you are making creme brulee.

Um....why can't you make a normal pie, and just eat the filling?
Or make extra filling, and bake it in custard cups?
