He says he loves me constantly, but it's so hard to believe. He comes over on tuesday nights and he's always tired because he starts work early. Sometimes he just falls asleep until he wakes up and leaves. On weekends I only see him at night, unless a group of us go to the beach - in which case I'm mostly ignored for his friends.
Whenever he stays over he leaves like half an hour after we wake up, even if he has nothing to do at his house.
I see him about 3 nights a week if I'm lucky. He says he loves me and gets upset when I mention him always being tired, or never being around.
I just think on his days off he could spend whole days with me, but he never does. I don't think I should have to b*tch at him to do it, if he "loved" me then he would do it by himself.
He only messages me once a day, and I'd talk to him most nights on msn.
I want someone who wants me... Is it time to break up?

His brother just got a new girlfriend and they see each other every day and most nights. That's how people act when they really like each other - very different to how my boyfriend is.

I'm sorry you don't feel things are working out with your boyfriend. But is he really aware of this as a serious issue? You should at least talk to him about it more. Sit him down and get through to him about it - or at least try, and see how the problem can be resolved. After you let him know, see if things improve. They may or may not.
If you two really are in love with each other, maybe he's showing it in a less affectionate way. But if things don't improve, then consider maybe wanting to break up. It's up to you, just make sure you know what you want!

well, new relationships mean seeing each other almost every night. I dont know how long you've been with him and if the amount of time you see each other is different from before but let him know that you are concered about the relationship. If he can't work out more time to spend with the one he loves, then it will be hard to work out. It takes both sides to make something work. If he isnt willing to make more time for you then it might be the time to leave. Granted, of course, if he does not have a good logical reason.

Yes, it's time to breakup. I went through that with a guy and he was leading a double life. Are you invited to stay at his house?
