I have heard her voice on the phone, the tv switches it self up and down, my mirror fell off the wall when it was securely on the wall but never smashed. What do you think this is all about, i am really freaked out about it!!!!

I think you are looking for a sign from your mother. It takes a couple of years before you accept a death. If your mother had not passed away these things that are happening would not even be noticed by you as something strange. Just know this, it is her physical presence that is no longer with you, but her spirit will remain with you forever through all the memories, all the things she taught you, and all the love she gave you. Death can not take that from you.

Just remember, if it is your mum then she is just telling you she is watching over you and wants you to be happy. It is nothing to be frightened of, and as you accept that she is gone and learn to deal with this terrible loss, the weird things will stop happening. You will never forget her, and you will start to think of happier times with her instead of the sadness.

I think you weren't ready to "let go" when she passed and now all this phenomena is your mind's way of holding on to her. I think once you find closure and say your last goodbyes, the oddities you experience will diminish and stop altogether.

Is Its all in your mind, maybe you are grieving and can't get your mom out of your mind ,maybe you will feel better if you talk to someone
