Be quiet. You will strain your voice and make it worse if you do have it. Eat honey and suck on a lemon. Make sure it is ONLY laryngitis though.

You can gargle with warm sale water and try not to use your voice as much as possible. It will clear itself in a day or two.

don't whisper. it is worse on the voice. if you have to talk, try to talk normal.

horehound candy works excellent, try a drug store to see if they might have any. my drug store carries it all the time.
