what do you have to do thats so bad that, that they kick you out...(ex. Harrasment, etc) please dont joke around, my friend is appealing for a case and I want to help him.

What did your friend do that he's getting kicked out? That should give you an idea.
If you're CAP, or if he is, I'd suggest http://www.cap.gov/ they have a link for members to ask questions. You might pose this one there.
Or you could ask an attorney. Any legal advice you get here is free, and isn't worth more than you pay for it.
