Put it on tiny blinis and serve as finger food with crisp white linen napkins. All metal spoons will taint the taste, plastic is not sufficiently refined.

Although bone or mother of pearl spoons are the most acceptable, you can use small china spoons or small porcelain ones--you can find them in cooking shops, wooden spoons or plastic spoons although they are inelegant.
