Need Projector home theater help?

I'm looking to build a home theater for under $2300, i want a projector, am going to use it mainly for movies and occasionally PPV fights. I have the speakers but need everything else (including a good audio receiver)

Look at the Yamaha RX-V line of receivers and paint your screen on the wall rather than buying one. Finding a good projector in your price range is going to be tough. Look for a combination of highest contrast and most lumens with the money you have left. Plan on keeping the room pretty dark.
