Shhh it is a big secret to everyone. Blue (the cat) says humans are always making up stuff and always have. I listen to a cat so yep I believe... It would be very wise if you believe too. For instance there is the belief that there is hope in the world. If you do not believe there is hope than you could leave the world behind. But obviously people believe or there would be no one on earth. What is it that every one believes you ask? They believe in the Secret. Get it??? If you do not get it then Blue (the cat) says just take it like a command and do it without question. Believe that hope is out there and yep it is a big secret. Because many do not have common sense. Blue (the cat) says if you do not believe you will not receive. So do what you will and hang in there. When you question a Secret, please do not hold your breath for a good answer. It is the Secret after all.

I believe that positive thinking brings positive energy - and a good life. I think the the Secret focuses a lot on MONEY being positive. Money CAN be positive - but the question becomes - what will you DO with the money? Will you circulate it into goodness? If your intent is to live in luxury - the Secret will not really work for you.

Check into it a bit closer. Some of the people involved in the film have been in trouble regarding the way they've acquired their wealth. I cannot tell you exactly who or what - but I remember reading about it - and if you cannot find it on the net - let me know - and I'll find it again for you.

My faith is Religious Science (Science of Mind) - and we believe that if you change your thinking - you can change your life. It absolutely works. It's all about having a positive attitude and making good choices. Pretty simple really - and very much in line with the basic teachings of The Secret.

Namaste!

Damn it! God, I want to rip my own head off every time I hear somebody mention this!

I had heard good things about this from some colleagues of mine at the University, so I went by Best Buy one day and picked it up after work. I went home and watched it, and it was the biggest, longest, most nut-filled piece of crap I'd ever seen. I wanted to literally jump out my bedroom window after watching it, knowing I had wasted 20 bucks on it.

Not to mention, a few weeks later, one of the colleagues who had told me about it in the first place, left "The Secret - the book" on my desk. I used the opportunity to focus an entire lecture on the crap behind "The Law of Attraction", and allowed students to share their experiences with me as I shared mine with them.

Most people aren't capable of thinking the way that "The Secret" says you must think. In my opinion, it's nothing more than drivel.

Unlike many other forms of religion this one talks about science that your brain sends messages out and that positive atrracts positive. Thats scientifically incorrect.

Yes, setting goals and working to achieve them then watching them happen is a very good thing.

I think it was a fabulously brilliant marketing scheme to make money. ...and it was successful at that. I giggled as I read it at my local Barnes and Noble. People will buy anything, if you market it correctly.

I heard about it only. From what I heard, it tries to sound godly, BUT, it removes the attention that only GOD deserves and places the attention on ourselves.

GOD bless
