take some Silicia Gel (tabs or liquid)
drink some Knox Unflavored Gelatin.

I dont know about the hair but for the nails : soak them in lemon juice or rub them with half a lemon
U can get those hair extensions if u want .. they look natural

There is nothing you can do to make your hair and nails grow any faster than nature intended. Just be patient and stop stressing out about it.

i can't help you with the hair but i can with the nails.
make sure you file your nails so they are all one lengh
then apply a salley hansen nail polish
(go to the drugstore, look at all the types of treatments polishes from them, pick one that has your needs)

Take lots of vitamins. I heard that prenatal vitamins help hair grow fast.

i use green tea on my nails by nutra nail and my nails grow so fast and for hair i would get your hair trimmed to get rid of the dead ends fo new growth
