This dumb thing should have been finished by now but it seems like the last week has meant one delay after another after another. The gods are either against me finishing this painting or perhaps created the delays to allow me more time to think through which images to add to the painting. Or my muse is on strike, too!

Wow, nice work! Interesting format. Reading right to left: an eroticised "ethnic" woman in paradise, (pair of dice - nice touch!), accompanied by a fat and happy male figure. Male fantasy. An attractive but sad looking "trophy" wife, perhaps disappointed by the manifestation of her fantasy (castle). A studious young girl, still captivated by Barbie, while learning of the struggle for women's rights. Conflict again between fantasy and reality. I would expect the final portion (two black squares) to show a stong female role model, capable and happy in her role (whatever that might be). Or maybe your interpretation of pure reality for a woman.

To me I think this woman in the center is a future version of the two younger women in the side panels. It seems to me like it is telling the story of this woman where in the past she worked hard, exposed herself, and even had some luck, won awards, and money, but in present she still seems lonely and isolated. Or maybe she is just content?
