*. Turks can more powerfully prove than Armenians, there is no armenian genocide... The articles in "question 1" is only elements to reach a decision. They are supportting the logic of “there is no armenian genocide”..

*. This is a historical issue... Turkey offered that “Let the Historians decide on the so-called Armenian Genocide”... Turkish Republic propose to the Armenian Republic that a joint commission be established, its members selected by scholarly academies in both countries. All archives should be opened to the commission -- not only the Ottoman Archives, but the archives of Armenia and of the Armenian Revolutionary Federation. (The call is often made for the Turkish Archives to be opened completely. It is time to demand that Armenians do likewise.) I believe that Armenians will never agree to this, but how can anyone know unless they try? ?

...In any case, refusal to fairly and honestly consider this question would in itself be evidence that the accusations against the Turks are only political, not scholarly...

*. We know the truth and I believe armenian side knows too (otherwise they should accept to open their archives)... We not only opened all Turkish archives but also investigated the subject in details and reached firm and indisputable decision.. It says “there is no armenian genocide” and on the contrary there is “Turkish genocide by armenians”...

*. Turks are honarable nation... Never intented genocide on the contrary of armenians. Lets listen story from one armenian citizen.

I had the good fortune to meet and live amongst many Turkish people while living in Holland. And I have nothing but pleasant memories of my encounters. No bad feelings here despite being treated like a war monger.

That said, It seems to me that every country on Earth has a point or two in history where their people (primarily the leaders) didn't always act in the most heroic or humanitarian manner possible. If something so well documented as the Armenian and Kurdish histories can not be acknowledged as tragic and genocidal then I believe non of us will ever find a common ground of peace and understanding.

As an American, I can understand world disgust with certain things that my government has and still does that are considered unacceptable to other nations but I don't pretend they didn't occur nor do I shy from accepting my nations actions today. Therefore when the people of your nation decide to recognize the actions of your past and present governments as not always being acceptable then you will be on the same playing field as the rest of us with a not so noble past.

To some who think that "we should accept" something we have never done i repeat again again bu if you really want to know what genocide is READ the meaning of genocide and VISIT Auschwitz, Budapest and other places.
That being said i think all the questions are important.

Honestly, it's all pretty boring. I don't know how the longtime contributors to this section put up with it. I'm about ready to stop looking at this section despite my interest in Turkey and my general appreciation for open discussion about relevant issues.

All of the questions would be relevant if one were studying history; however, knowing the answer to any of them in most cases would not change one's life. Therefore, it can be argued that none of them is of interest.
