ASM International publishes mechanical property data for commerical metals and alloys. They have some data available for free. You could also go to the websites of companies that supply stainless steels, Co-Cr alloys, and pure Ti. Technical libraries may have engineering or metallurgy handbooks that would have this data. You will need to be more specific about which particular Co-Cr alloy you are interested in. You will also need to specify how pure is pure Ti. There are commercial grades of "pure" Ti and they use ultra-high purity Ti in semiconductor chip manufacturing.

Good luck
