What am i allergic to? Sometimes a wake up and i'm ruined for the day, i sneeze and "itch" inside the nose and i feel weak the entire day, it never goes away during the day, i always have these allergy symptoms for the entire day. When this happens i can pretty much tell from the first moments when i wake up, if i'm going to be like this during the day. If i wake up and i feel good, then most probably nothing will happen. What can this be? P.s. There is no pet in the house.

Allergy skin tests: Identify the sources of your allergies.

Allergy skin testing is a safe and simple procedure that can yield useful information about your allergic sensitivities.

For more than a century, doctors have used skin tests to help diagnose allergies. During these tests, your skin is exposed to allergy-causing substances (allergens) and then is observed for signs of an allergic reaction.

Along with your medical history, skin tests can confirm whether signs and symptoms, such as sneezing, wheezing and skin rashes, are caused by allergies. They can also identify the specific substances that trigger allergic reactions. Such information can help your doctor develop an allergy treatment plan that may include allergen avoidance, medications or allergy shots (immunotherapy).

Good luck,
DS

It could be so many things. Laundry detergent, the material inside of your blankets ( say it's a down comforter, you could be allergic to the down), if you live by a field or gravel road, it could be that. I'd go to your doctor or buy some Claritin since they sell it over the counter now. Most likely since you're not becoming deathly ill from whatever you're reacting to, they would prescribe you Allegra or Claritin anyway, or some other allergy medicine.

I agree, go to an allergy doctor. It could be any number of things b/c you don't mention if it is a time of year, when your lover wears a certain scent. Whether you were drinking the night before (people who are allergic to hopps could have this reaction).

Get the scratch test and you'll be well on your way.

Dust, laundry soap, fabric softener, candle, air freshner, something you're using in the bath prior to bed, the material your sleep clothes are made out of...the list goes on and on. Try to do a completely neutral home setting for a week and slowly add each item back. You can use baking soda to wash your hair and body, apple cider vinegar to rinse your hair. You can wash your bed clothing, sheets etc. all in baking soda. Even your floor needs to be cleaned with vinegar or vaccumed real well with no fragrance. Use baking soda. I found out I was allergic to my shampoo this way. Scary scary. If it was doing THAT to my allergies what was it doing to my brain? Good luck!

I would suspect dust or pollen, or perhaps even dander. You would have spent the night with your head on the pillow- which would have a bunch of it, after all.

Try fluffing your pillows in the dryer regularly to get that stuff out, and washing your bedding more often. Also, remove any carpet you might have and use area rugs, get hypoallergenic covers for your mattress and pillows, and dust frequently with a damp cloth.

If that doesn't work, see a doctor.

Good luck!

oooo, this is a tough one, it could be a chemical of some sort if thats bieng sprayed on something during certain days, or it could be a certain kind of plant. I would visit my doctor and be tested for allergies. Get some Claratin or Allerclear, it works like magic.
