Take a deep breath. hold it in. now while letting the air out say "Goo's Frabba" and calm down... Everyone is jealous of someone, part of being human. You cant overcome it. Just deal; "eh, f*ck it" what can u do

Depends on if your jealousy are well founded. If you are jealous of a female evening coming to close range of him. Then that is too much. It's not jealousy, it's insecurity. You have to over come your insecurity. Your man is with you because he loves you. Feelings like that don't come often. He is not going to run off with the next female that looks at him. If he does, then he's not worth your time. If there is a specific reason you are jealous, then there might be something going on. Just tell him you don't like what he is doing. It's your right, you are his main girl.

I think some jealousy is a natural part of life, but if it becomes a probem, it's because of low self-esteem and insecurities that need some working on.
If it's because of a man, believe me no man is worth the jealousy, or woman for that matter.

I actually have the same problem. I wish i knew. I guess if its about a boy then i think you have to say to your self "He loves me alot, then he wont do anything bad"! I know its hard but i think thats a way to overcome jealousy.

by getting over you own insecurities and weakness. Study self esteem and self respect. A high self esteem person is never jealous because they have no fearful, threatened reason to be. When you love, like and accept your self as you are, what others have or do does not affect your peace and security. You are free to feel and be whatever you like instead of hysterically or fearfully over reacting to what others have or do.

the first step is to realize that jealousy is YOUR emotion. you can choose whether or not to act on it. jealousy happens, but not because someone causes it, but because you choose to feel that way about it. i know it sounds crazy, and super hard to convince yourself that you're not jealous, but it's not someone else's job to make sure you don't feel jealous, it's yours. for now, allow yourself to feel jealous, but realize it's YOURS. think about why you feel jealous. does whatever it is warrant feeling jealous over? are you certain of all the circumstances? then let it go.

it depends how jealous the person is. its kinda apart of that persons personality. if its not a super jealous person, then its possible because little things to get jealous over wont bother that person as much. but if its a really protective and jealous person, it will eventually start to show through at some point, if its attempted to be hidden. and something apart of a persons personality shouldn't be hidden. someone will accept that person someday for he or she truly is.

You find it within yourself to LIKE who you are! Deem yourself worthly of those who you like. Jealousy is so vicious & takes away your self respect & self esteem. If you do not like who you are, how is anyone else going to like you? Meaning, make the neccessary changes to become happy within! POOF - the jealous feelings disappear!
