My community has had to go through this twice in the last 3 weeks. It's hit us hard. One man was a Christian, the other wasn't. Some believe suicide will send you to hell. Not true. The Devil deceives us so much that some of us end up in such anguish, even when believing in Jesus Christ as Savior. The ONLY unforgivable sin is 'blaspheming the Holy Spirit' (Matthew 2:32) Yes, suicide is murder. But even Christians sin, and some are prone to depression by the Devil's lies. The first man in our community (to do this) I am sure is in Heaven. His life showed his beliefs, and He believed in God's grace and love through His Son, Jesus Christ. The second man lived a life completely the opposite. Only God knows where he's ended up, but I don't think he believed that same, and therefore committed the unforgivable. Both were guilty of murder. One, for sure, is now found innocent in his eternal home in Heaven..... though I wouldn't recommend taking that route to get there. God loves you more than that, and wants more for your life..... or anyone who would consider it.

Yes I believe you could well be in the dock for murder, even if you succeed.
I have heard it said that suicide is a worse crime than murder, however I am not pushing that thought at all. It is purely an opinion.

Murder is the act of killing another human being with "malice aforethought".
As you are not "another human being" from yourself, you can not murder yourself. However, if you were to murder someone else and then kill yourself you would be a murderer who had commited suicide.

God has a plan for you. Only by living can you grow enough to be able to function in the next reality. When you kill yourself it is like a baby being born to early. They are not ready and cannot function properly. Think of suicide as a premature birth. By doing this you are crippling yourself in the next life.

NO. A person that takes their own life, is not in a stable frame of mind, and is certainly not sane at the time, therefore, they are not responsible, and anyone who says they are, is cruel, and inhumane.
