Alcohol is alcohol. It don't matter if it's beer, wine, rum, stump juice or mouthwash. The reason that you keep blacking out is that your alcoholism has progressed to the point that it will not stop happening without a prolonged period of COMPLETE abstinence. We're talking years here. Let's face it if you're becoming an angry drunk as well, then it's way beyond time to QUIT drinking. Next thing to start happening is loss of bodily functions, meaning, pissing your pants in public for no reason other than you don't even know you're doing it until it's too late. This will indicate irrepairable damage to liver, kidneys and motor function. In short, Time to give it up sweetie, you're on the edge of too late.

Yes, you do have a drinking problem and it's going to screw your life up big time if you don't knock the crap off. I had friends that drank like you when they were teenagers, and now they're experiencing fun things like - liver failure. Want to have graying hair by age 25? Keep on drinkin'.

Suggest you ditch the booze and any so called "friends" that insist you use it. You will never look back and regret the decision.

You shouldn't be drinking so much at 16. You have many many years to do that. People will not respect you if you continue to drink. Take about 5 years off and try it again when your 21. Trust me, you have plenty of time to party after that.

You should stop drinking entirely. There's no rule that says you have to get drunk in order to have a good time. Just because others are doing it, that doesn't mean you have to do it too.

So what is your question? Are you looking for a diagnosis or a way to continue what you're doing without blacking out? Either way, you won't find the answer here. If you are a "mean drunk", you have a problem. If you're drunk at 16, you have a problem. Please reexamine your weekend plans.
