in harmony with Nature (capital, no article) as in Mother Nature.
in harmony with the nature of human beings (small, def.article) as in the character or characteristics of human beings.
Use the definite article to specify nouns in particular, plural forms of countries, mountain ranges, rivers and oceans/seas. Do not use the definite article when it is not definite, i.e. when talking generally or "vaguely", use the plural form without an article or the singular for uncountable nouns. Never use the def. artcile with a person's name or with a personification/abstract concept unless specifying further....
A very simplistic explanation but hope it helps....

If you talk about NATURE as we all know it to be, then do without the article. If you're talking about the nature OF SOMETHING or SOMEONE (like the nature of a disease, or the nature of a behaviour) then use the article 'the' because you're referring to something in particular.
