I suppose it's put cigarette in mouth, take puff, cradle phone beside neck, talk for a bit, while adjusting the rear view mirror to get a view of lips, then excuse self from conversation briefly, to put on lipstick.
There's probably also a cup of coffee involved as well.
I think American cars are designed with this kind of driving in mind. American cars all seem to have power steering, automatic transmission and beverage holders and power windows.

People do it everyday. I have learned to drive defensively. What fun would it be to drive to work and not see a few accidents along the way. It would be so boring. Good excuse if you are late for work, just say you were caught in traffic behind a wreck. The world is overpopulated with idiots anyway.

Well you could steer with your knee, hold the cigarette with your 3rd and 4th fingers and use your index finger and thumb to put the lipstick on, while holding the phone with the other hand. Ridiculous that anyone would do this, and I hate seeing people in traffic doing this kind of stuff, holding up others at the lights because they aren't paying attention, running into other lanes, etc...is just plain dangerous and really annoys the heck out of me.

I would hope by drive you mean with a golf club.
Yesterday I was almost ran off the
sidewalk
by a driver on a cell phone who was also chewing out a kid in the back seat of the car.
Does anyone drive while driving any more?

That's easy: tuck the phone between your head and shoulder, have the lipstick in one hand to use between pufs on the ciggie held in yur other hand. Raise up your legs and use your knees to steer.
See? Its so simple a complete idiot could do it--and you see some on the road every day!

easily. Just have a earpiece and tape the lipstick to the cigarette that way when you put your lips on the cigarette it will just touch the lipstick. problem solved. One hand free to drive or to eat breakfast heh
