If you mean driving test reports you can get information on previous tests by contacting DSA customer services;

customer.services@dsa.gsi.gov.uk

If its about your driving test you can write to the DSA and they will give you a report on each one of your tests. Make it easy by giving them the dates and test centre involved.

MOT or driving test for a licence I doubt
but if the former and the last one go to the garage that did the test they may or may not help.

Driving test reports you've lost them.If you had a driving instructor he should of been present at the debriefs and knows your weaknesses.

ITS BEST IF YOU CONTACT YOUR LOCAL (DMV) DEPARTMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLES OFFICE, THEY WILL BE ABLE TO ANSWER ANY AND ALL OF YOUR QUESTIONS AND AT THE SAME TIME YOU WILL BE GETTING THE CORRECT ANSWER TO YOUR QUESTION.
