Taimur, I have been reading the bible alot lately (more so then previous) and the one thing you stated is something I have already questioned. I started to notice the stuff that Paul said didn't add up. I also asked before why we weren't following some of the laws.
Mathew 5:17 Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil
If Jesus states that then why have we changed things? The end of Daniel (chap 10 to the end) speaks about how there would be a false religion that seeks to change the laws and festivals. Which had me thinking. It also had me thinking about Muslims. God does not leave loose ends.

While I am not a Muslim, I do have an answer.
He is not an apostle because there is no apostolic succession. The Roman tax collector Saul never met Jeheshua ben Joseph. Nowhere in the books of the New Testament is he acknowledged as an apostle by any of the true apostles, including the foundation stone of Christianity - Peter.
In many place in your own scripture Paul is at odds with the true apostles - most especially Peter and James (the brother of your saviour).
Paul is also the one who starts to import many pagan Greek thoughts and customs into the new cult, including a level of misogyny seldom found in Judaism.
BTW I have read the Koran and it contains nothing regarding any of the apostles. It does exhort Muslims to greet Christians and Jews as fellow Children of the Book.

Jesus preached monotheism. While Paul instead taught "Trinity".
. Jesus prayed and fasted. paul did not pray neither fast.
Jesus taught the same religion as of all previous Prophets. He said "Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil" Mathew 5:17.
Paul preached against the Law and against the preachings of prophets. He said, "But now we are delivered from the law, that being dead wherein we were held; that we should serve in newness of spirit, and not in the oldness of the letter (of law)" The Romans 7:6
Jesus preached Ten Commandments.
Paul had nothing to do with the Ten commandments.
Jesus pbuh believed exclusively in the worship of God. He said,"Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve" Luke 4:8 Notice the words: "Him ONLY." Jesus did not say "US only," or "Him and I only." Jesus pbuh never talk about his crucfixion and resurrection from the dead and atonement of sin.
Paul said the contrary - If you confess with your mouth and believe in your heart that God has raised Jesus from the dead, then only you would be saved. ROMANS 10:9
Jesus had already forwarned that if they did not follow his teachings, they will not enter heaven. He had said," Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven" Mathew 7:21
Paul said that a person has just to believe in Jesus as his Lord and savior. invented the doctrine of Jesus's RESURRECTION (i.e. returning to life again after death). Then he added, " This statement is according to my own Gospel"
Jesus pbuh said in mathew that every law is still on place and i have not come to abolish the law.
Mathew 5:17 Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil.
Jesus said that I have not abolish the law, Paul said that Jesus abolished the law in Ephesians 2:14-15
Paul was not a prophet, yet his writings have found a place in the Bible. One may ask what a commoner Paul is doing in the V.I.P enclosure of Prophets?
=============================
No quran does not mention anything about him.

REAL FOUNDER OF CHRISTIANITY
Though there are at the moment 200 million more nominal Christians in the world than the 1000 million Muslims, Mr. Hart divides the credit for founding Christianity between Paul and Jesus, and he gives the greater portion to Paul. Hence the 3rd position for Jesus. Every knowledgeable Christian concedes that the real founder of Christianity is St. Paul and not Jesus Christ (peace be upon him).

First you're making an assumption that Paul in straightforward terms observed Jesus in a creative and prescient. the area of risk has room for Saul of Tarsus being in and around Jerusalem during the existence of Jesus. Saul might have seen him, yet needless to say did no longer have faith he exchange into the Messiah, why else might Luke checklist that Saul approve the martyr of Stephen. BTW Paul provide connection with some thing he claims Jesus says that the gospel do no longer checklist (it is greater blessed to furnish that to get carry of), i can anticipate that he heard Jesus say this faster or later, merely as you anticipate the two by no potential crossed paths. He does no longer talk of Jesus as in straightforward terms a non secular entity yet makes a speciality of the non secular nature of the religion and not the regulations of Pharisaic regulation. Jesus did prepare human beings to stick to the regulation of Moses on a similar time because it exchange into in result. He himself accompanied it. Paul being the carry in of excellent information to the non-Judaen international (and Jews to boot) emphasised the comparable message by way of fact the author of Hebrews (unknown yet no longer Paul) that Jesus well-known a clean order a clean covenant, one that did no longer remember on ritual yet on faith in a acceptable sacrifice for sin. the place by way of fact the gospel money owed do no longer point out Paul, you could tell from his writings that he's conscious of the activities. i think the reason for Paul bashing is an attempt to discredit the earliest of writers.

No in Islam we do not believe in aspostle Pual because between the periods of prophet Jesus and Mohammad (PBUH) no messengers of God came between them. And the Quran doesn't mention apostle Paul at all!
