Not sure about what you are trying to ask. If you're interested in finding out what the early symptoms of Alzheimers is--they include: forgetfulness. Not just forgetting where you put your keys a few times---but, forgetting more then remembering more and more.

Loss of short term memory. Finding yourself repeating things. Your long-term memory is great--you can remember what you did as a kid. But, you may forget what you did an hour ago.

Many elderly people become concerned because many of the symptoms listed above can be part of the aging process. As our bodies as, so do our brains. Our memories diminish--we forget things. We repeat ourselves.

If you suspect you or anyone else has early onset---they now have medicines out there that slow down the progression. One such drug is Aricept.
Go to your family doctor and discuss any concerns

If you or someone is having symptoms that you are concerned about, then go see a doctor. There is a simple mental status examination (you actually might find something on the internet) where someone asks you questions and asks you to do a few things. Depending on how you do this can help determine if you have some dementia and how bad it is. There is a medication Aricept that can hold off Alzheimer's Disease for a while. There may be other medications as well. Also, you might want to talk with someone at the Alzheimer's Disease Association. There should be one close to where you live.
