by believing in your ability to change, recognizing your accomplishments as they stand on their own and DO NOT COMPARE YOURSELF TO OTHERS. The only race is with yourself. Don't allow others to draw you into their stupid competitions of who's better at this or looks better than that, you see?

when you feel self doubt, change it to confidence. At first you'll feel like you're pretending, but after awhile it will come natural to you.

You are beautiful, important and worthy. That's just the facts.

Believe it.

By valuing yourself for who you are and never comparing yourself with others.

There are many good books out there regarding self-esteem, take a look in your nearest library or book store.

first, learn to recognize the negative introject (the negative "voices"/negative internalized parent)

then in conscious time counteract (speak against) them. tell them they are lies, untrue, nonsense. you can do this in your mind or out loud.

then apply this in subconscious time that is: learn self hypnosis, work up strong suggestions and practice this twice daily 20 minutes each day.

then:
what is your diet like?
what exercise do you get DAILY
what relaxation techniques are you practicing?
