The older he gets the more rabid he becomes, and I love it.

George Carlin is sweet and faith could bypass. It became sensible in historic situations notwithstanding it now not has any sensible purposes in cutting-edge-day society Edit: silly is the guy who blindly accepts their non secular ideals and not in any respect questions it. Edit2: faith not atheism is oppressive

I'm not an atheist but he is a cool guy. George Carlin, one of the best comedians ever.

i've been a george carlin fan since the early 70's...he's a really funny guy, and his material really makes you think...that said, i think he'd be the first to say that anyone whose belief system is influenced by an entertainer has more than a few screws loose

I like George Carlin but some of his beliefs are to far from me.
As it says in the Bible love the sinner but not the sin.

I agree that George Carlin is an alcoholic and struggles with a vicodin addition Perhaps these addictions skew his view of religion a bit?

I love George Carlin, and in fact agree with almost everything he says. But he is no prophet, no great leader. His grumpy negativity is entertaining, but it isn't always the truth.

I love him and have for many many years. It doesn't get any better then this....
"Religion has convinced people that there’s an invisible man…living in the sky, who watches everything you do every minute of every day. And the invisible man has a list of ten specific things he doesn’t want you to do. And if you do any of these things, he will send you to a special place, of burning and fire and smoke and torture and anguish for you to live forever, and suffer and burn and scream until the end of time. But he loves you. He loves you and he needs money. "

"I would never want to be a member of a group whose symbol was a man nailed to two pieces of wood."

I can remember when George first started to be a comedian and was funny. I used to laugh til tears came out of my eyes.
Then he started to use so many foul words. Now I can't stand him.
Sorry. I know you think he is cool but he stinks in my opinion and is totally sarcastic , which is repulsive.
