there has been a black cat hanging around i dont know if its a stray, but earlier this month my other cat had a cut on ts leg.

Sounds like an abscess...you need to get your cat to the vet..it may need to be lanced and drained and the cat will go home on an antibiotic for the infection. Your cat obviously had a cat fight.

Get the cat to the vet. She needs an antibiotic for her cut. the vet needs to look at the swollen leg.
And from now on, keep the cat inside.

I think the cat should see a vet. If it were just a cut, I would say wait and see, but if his leg is swollen, then obviously there's a more serious problem.

1 word vet just take it to the vet and clean between the claws with a really light cloth and lightly clean the cuts

Your cat needs to see a vet, it sounds like it's infected, and without proper care and antibiotics it's likely to only get worse.

most likely a infected cut. you should bring your cat to the vet asap or it could spread and turn fatal.

has it been hit by car our claws scuffed.if not cat fight,is your cat neutered if not will fight.clean boiled water with nip of salt
