The law counts all murders as murders - so that makes his action two counts of murder. The law only gives woman the right to abort a fetus up to six months along and does not take up whether or not it is a human or not, only that she has the legal right to do it. Murderers cannot invoke this law, however. Hopefully they don't have the death penalty and that piece of human excrement rots in prison bent over a shower room trash can getting his just deserts from men with Aids, for life.

Such a good question. (This info is just the United States by the way) well in 97' 90% of murder's in the US were commited by males. Leaving 10% of murderers to be female. Now in 96 there was reported 1.37 Million abortions in the United States.
The average US population in 97 was around 268,500,000. And in 97 there were 20.3 people murdered per 100,000. So roughly there was a total of 54,505 murders in the US in 1997.
1.37 million abortions vs 54,505 murders (other than abortion) hmm... yep woman commit more murders

This is a tricky one,but there are some genuine reasons why some women would even consider abortion, reasons like being raped, and those that did use protection but got pregnant and it was extremely dangerous to thier health/life etc etc... And many many men too frequently rape I'm sad to say.
And those that don't rape, maybe they should put condoms on the end of it if they hate the thought of a possible abortion.
A national survey showed that 80% of men refused to wear condoms simply cos sex didn't feel the same, contraception all down to the women again and it stinks!
And another national survey showed that only 20% of men would even consider having the snip after having all the family they want cos they wern't going to have their bits messed with,ok for women to though! Hmmm
It takes two to tango!

The thing that does annoy me though is those who have abortion after abortion just because they got carried away and didn't use protection, now that really annoys me.

I don't think the decision of abortion should be taken lightly though, not without deep thought and counselling.

In the year 2002 there were 1.29 million abortions performed, down from l.37 million in 1996. Yes, there are more abortions being performed, then murders committed yearly.

Abortion is sometimes not just a woman's choice, but it could be a coerced choice from a boyfriend, husband, father, step-father, grandfather, uncle, brother.cousin.

Abortion is the killing of the life of the baby within you.

Do your bit by keeping your pants zipped up or wear
something on the end of it.
It takes two to make a baby. DUAL RESPONSIBILITY

Would it be viewed as men commiting murder if it was the man who got pregnant.
Stop the blame game and play the responsibility game!!!

no. abortion is still not murder by definition nor legality. whether or not someone should view it as murder is called an opinion and not a fact.

Yes technically abortion is murder. But I'm all for it. I know I'm gonna get alot of thumbs down for this but, who cares ... un wanted kids aren't always adopted and the earth is over-crowded and were running out of natural resources.

And murder is murder it can't be stopped. Women have been killing alot recently studies show.

No, because more men then women are pro life. And pro lifers are responsible for 12 deaths for each fetus they "save". It is a simple fact that if you spend your resouces on saving a fetus, then you cannot spend them on saving children. So being pro life is closer to being a murderer than being pro choice.
