I think Jesus is God masquerading as someone with sandles and a beard who goes round healing people.
If we accept the disguise, then Jesus is separate from God. He has a very close relationship with God and God loves him so we can say Jesus is like the son of God.
If we don't accept the disguise, and realise Jesus for who he really is, then it is ok to say Jesus is God.

There is only one God, people interpret God in different name and form. God is the Origin and Destination of the Universe and is beyond life and death. All religions of world teach human way to get close to God. You give your Best, God will give thy Best. Ask God for help and forgive, God will help and forgive you. Pray; Worship and Thank God for everything. Remember wherever there is Happiness in Life, there will be Sorrow. To get Happiness, you must master Sorrow. For Success in Life; Believe in Self and God, Learn from Past, Concentrate in Present, Plan for Future. Have control on, be the master of, not the slave of your body, senses, and mind. Purpose of this Life is to Gain and Share utmost Knowledge and Experience to differentiate and choose Right, Good, God against Wrong, Bad, Devil. Set your Desire level perfect or OK to be brave, no low to be coward, no high to be cruel. You have rights of Survival, Self Defence, and Freedom.

Jesus is neither. Considering that it took hundreds of years for the Church to obtain a consensus to resolve this disagreement. The First Council of Nicea convened in the year 325 C.E. finally produced the Nicene Creed which put to rest the disagreement among churches over the nature of Jesus in relationship with the Father. In my opinion any doctrine which takes over 300 years to be clarified by a group of men has no spiritual validity or human credibility.

peace and blessings be upon you
the God has characters , humans has characters.
the God:create humans , earth, able to do what he want at anytime, know what inside our hearts.
the humans:eat , drink , sleep , as us.
Jesus , can't create people , or destroy mountains , he couldn't save himself when people betrayed him , so , he is not the God.
but all the human characters available in him, so he is a human.
We can't deny that he is a miracle, born without father, treated peoples by miracle , make dead people come back, many miracles , and the God supported his prophets by his miracles and Jesus is one of these prophets.
The God is one , have no son or partner.

Let's see if this helps. Take the Trinity. Three aspects of God. First, God - the Father, the Absolute Architect, Divine Mind, Supreme Intelligence, Abba, All-Knowing, Everywhere present, All-powerful, Absolute Good, All That Is, Creator, Source
Second: Son - Jesus Christ: Jesus the man from Nazareth, the only begotton son of God, HE WHO IS GOD IN HUMAN FORM, the Wayshower, Master Teacher, Lamb. He who said, all these things I do you can do and more...and follow me...and by your faith it is done unto you...There is a spark of God in us all, waiting to be fanned into the brightest flame, which we do by actively waking up the sleeping Christ light in our own hearts. Different religions have different ways of doing this. A common way is to simply become aware of what you've done and to confess and repent of it and ask for Christ to fill your heart. And then it is done. "Ask and it shall be given you"
Third: Holy Spirit - the ACTIVITY of God, the Comforter that Jesus left with us, God expressing through and as you and me.
So Jesus is both one and the same. Jesus Christ is God in human form and is the Son of God as an example to the human race.
God, The Immutable Principle, The Source, is not a person, a place, or a thing. God IS. The active expression of God in all perfection as human is Jesus Christ. And we all have a spark of Divinity in us that it is our job to fan into life. Does this help?
