well, standard paper is about .004 inches thick.. this would make it about 4000 inches of paper, not including the covers..
That equstes to about 333 feet, which is about 100 meters...

so based on your options, I would say about as tall as the skyscraper....

Unless of course you count 2 pages as 1 piece of paper (2 pages of a book is one piece of paper) in which case it would be around the size of the smaller building, about 50 meters...
