Well you know that famous quote by Ron White "You can't fix stupid"?
I think Ron stole that quote from Jesus.

ignorance- lack of knowledge
stupid- lack of ability to process knowledge right in from of them.

BTW folks the bible is not knowledge...so don't even go there!

I have found that there are those who love to stretch their imagination and question everything; and then there are those whose existances are mired in the routine of the day and nothing more. These people accept whatever is told them as the absolute truth, whether it is a newspaper article, a rumor or the Bible. (I am not saying that the Bible is incorrect in any way, just the many different interpretations each religious leader places upon it, which go unquestioned; as an extreme example I shall use the Davidians.)

I am afraid to say that there will never be a meeting of the minds between the two very different groups and I have come to accept that.

What gets me is the English language - the entire construct and style. English is not my first language so I am still learning to write and communicate proficiently after 30+ years. If the prepositions do not start correctly, then it is because I am truly confused on the uses of "about" "from" "to" "on" etc etc. A few times I've caught myself confusing the object pronouns "her" "him" because English doesn't have built-in genderized nouns and adjectives. Other than that, I take my handicap to the Lord and request that He regenerate that part of my brain to write and speak fluently in English.

Wow... how nasty can you be??? I do indeed have a reading disability - do you have some kind of problem with that? I have worked for years to overcome it, but am diagnosed dyslexic. I read well, and comprehend just fine. I've even read the bible more than once - 'cause I love a good novel.
My daughter is blind in one eye and near-blind in the other - but I suppose you're going to tell me that Jesus just chose not to cure her - he was too busy helping some team or other win a football game 'cause enough people lit candles and prayed, I guess.

I think some are more concerned about the two points and don't take the time to read through these questions. And, most of their answers reflect that. I believe god helps those that help themselves and this may include treating the symptoms of ignorance

I'm not sure where these people are educated. None of my students would be allowed to graduate with such poor grammar and spelling.
'Tis not tolerated up here in the states where education is actually valued.

Pernelle flamel,
Good things happen to bad people and bad things happen to good people. Don't fail the test. Stay strong.

hehe By the way, I am not saying you are bad or good.

Nowhere in the bible have I seen where he cured willful ignorance, James.

I think we have to help them. Jesus is dead.
