I would vote for the clever badlooking girl and tell the pretty foolish girl that I voted for her.
Since the pretty foolish girl is foolish she will believe me and I will be popular with her

I'll put it this way, first thing everybody goes on looks and if she is pretty everybody vote for her. when they get closer and get to know that the girl is foolish they repent for what they have done and may be it will be too late to vote for clever bad-looking girl. that's why it is always better to wait and think before you take any decision.
