I have this small cut on my face, it's already scabbed and it's REALLY REALLY itchy. I've had cuts before but it's never been this itchy before, is this a problem/infection?

I've been putting Neosporin every day, twice a day.

That is a good sign it means it is healing.

Sounds like it is healing nicely - resist the urge to scratch it - every time you take off the scab, you have a greater chance of leaving behind a scar, and you probably don`t want a scar on your face

You are most probably alergic to the Neosporin.

It happens to me. Band aids also make me itch something fierce.

Stop using the Neosporin and don't use an antibiotic salve at all. See if that stops the itching.

maybe you should clean it really good and put a little hydrogen peroxide on it then put neosporin on it. Sometimes things itch while they are healing.

Nope. I have cuts on both of my ankles and they are extremely itchy and i can't itch them or they will bleed, but i have put multiple antibiotics and antiseptics on them. I have talked to my doctor about it before, its normal.
