Working out on your period actually helps with cramping. You can still do everything you did before you started just have to be careful you may get a little more fatigued.

You can do anything you want to while you are on your period. Exercise will help to decrease your cramps (and your periods too if you do it enough lol). Seriously though, don't not do things because you have your period, thats a terrible way to live life. It's not a disease or anything, just a period.

You can do any sort of exercise at all when you're having your period. In fact, exercise can ease cramping. Don't let the period stop you from doing anything you want.

your monthly friend is not going to stop you from doing ANYTHING you want to do. now, extra steps might need to be taken, like the right tampon/pad. just to make sure there will not be any issues while you are bending and moving. and i mean ANYTHING you want to do. exercise, swim, wear a bikini, have sex. i know that groses some people out, and others just love it.

Nope, there's nothing a period prevents you from doing. Excersise helps cramps and makes you feel better all together.

no its all fine. but when u have ur period normally u get alot weaker, and not as active. so it might be uncomfortable to do certain exsersizes, BUT if u work out regularrly the side effects of ur period (cramping etc) are not as bad, and its easier to work out. but to answer ur question, no.

Yes its fine it won't hurt anything. Just make sure you don't leak cause that would be gross. But if you feel up to it then there are no problems.

I don't think it matters what you do, but it may cause your period to change, heavier, lighter etc...
