A couple months ago I cut out processed food from my diet..I felt so much better after my body detoxed and I lost weight. I love eating healthy..grains, fruit, veggies. I never eat junk food anymore.. and its to the point where last night I made myself a hot chocolate with unsweetened cocoa powder and I added two tbsp of wheat bran for the benefit of fiber bc the soymilk and cocoa had none..and I feel like I shouldnt eat something if it doesnt have nutritional value..ya know? And everynight I tell myself..ok Im gonna have a cookie tonight, treat myself. But then the night comes and I treat myself with veggies and wheat germ..Ive been so healthy for months now, I think im obsessed..is this bad?

Nah your not obsessed until you start preaching to others about the food they eat. Its great to eat healthy..I do the same as you and I also love it. its not for everyone and that's ok. But just always think realistically. Being healthy is a great thing..I love it personally. I get made fun of but so what!! I do treat myself sometimes but I don't over so it and if I think I will go overboard then I won't do it at all. No your not obsessed...just committed!!

If more people took care of themselves like you do, we would not have many public health problems that plague us now. Childhood obesity, diabetes, heart disease and the list goes on is rampant. I applaud your efforts, but keep in mind once in a while it is ok to eat a cookie.

I wouldn't mind your obsession! I think you are doing very well. If you find that it interferes in your life in a way you don't like, then you may want to see if you could modify it. But truly, I am very impressed.
