I wouldn't risk it. It's not that expensive and not worth risking your health. Even though it's processed and contains other ingredients, I wouldn't eat any meat product that was expired -- but over a month? NO. Don't want to get a stomache ache before Thanksgiving!

By all means - NO!

Sea food is the worst thing to mess with. And although your meat is artificial crab meat, it is real sea food.

I would say, no. Has the meat been refriegerated properly? If not, I would definetly not cook it. What about mold? Do you see any signs of white cakey stuff on the plastic or the meat? Hope this helps!

Hazel dear,

please throw it in the garbage.

There is a reason for expiration dates!

If it has been in the freezer since before that date you may safely eat it now. If it hasn't been frozen since then, or you aren't sure, then throw it away.

Please dont tell me you are thinking of eating this. Something like crabmeat i wouldn't take the chance as it could make you quite ill.
I know a lot of things are ok to eat after the best before date but not crabmeat.

No, it is not. It's made of fish, and fish goes bad quickly. Trust that date and pitch it! (unless you've had it frozen)

If it is frozen yes. If it has just been in the fridge, it is probably off. Your nose will tell you.
