I think you should have a nice breakfast at least enough so you won't pass out from everything that is going on. You don't want to be sick on your special day so I think it is best to put something in your stomach. Hope this helps.

You should not eat less during your wedding day at all, if anything, you should make certain you eat, period!! It's a very busy day, from the minute you get up in the morning until you drop in the bed at night--and many weddings have had a fainting bride during the ceremony, simply because she forgot to eat during the day.

Eat a good breakfast in the morning, preferably proteins and complex carbohydrates--eggs and whole grain toast. Make certain to eat lunch--again, proteins and complex carbs--a nice salad with a turkey sandwich, for example. I've even suggested brides carry some string cheese or lean turkey or ham and fruit in a cooler to eat while waiting for the ceremony to start, or while waiting during pictures after the ceremony. Also, make certain you eat during the reception. When I got married, we spent our reception talking to people, and honestly didn't have a chance to eat, and by the time the reception was over, every single restaurant around was closed. Another suggestion would be to keep hydrated, you don't want to become dehydrated during the day either. This is a little more tricky, because if you have a large dress, you may actually need help going to the bathroom. But don't NOT drink anything so that you won't have to go to the bathroom, that's not going to do you any good either!

Good luck, and have a wonderful wedding day!

I got married in August and our wedding was later in the afternoon, 3:30pm. I slept till about 9:30, 10:00 and then me and my mom went out and got breakfast. I didn't end up eating a lot because of my nerves, but at least I got something in my stomache. Got ready and all that. On the way to, during, and after the ceremony, my mouth was so dry! As soon as we got to the reception, one of the best men got me some punch. Now, I did sit down and eat a little bit at the reception. (My husband didn't though.)

I consider having some large tablecloths to truly set it off to look formal like and the decor would help seem stylish too. i'm getting married in June 2011 and that i'm pondering having a marriage interior the park and hire out a pavilion and that i became attempting to think of of ways i'd desire to have it set up extremely or i'm pondering a cafe. yet i'm in basic terms having approximately 30-40 human beings. And dont forget approximately your track!! The menu which you have would be great!! yet possibly pull beef would even stretch better too and you will positioned it on a smoker and prepare dinner it out decrease back too! in basic terms a concept. good good fortune!!

No, you need to eat on your wedding day, especially before the wedding because you will not eat at your reception. You will find countless brides who got back to their rooms after the reception and were starving because they hadnt eaten since that morning and they wind up ordering room service or calling Dominos.

LOL, I love how you say get up late and have a small nap, spoken as a woman who hasnt had her wedding yet! You wont get a lick of sleep for quite a few days before the wedding, especially not the night before or the day of!

Best of luck!

refrain from carbs or starch like pasta because that will make u tired after u eat them. eat lots of protein---snacking is always good. have a good night sleep the night before and u should be fine. it will be hard to take a nap on the day of because u are too worried about everything going well and making sure u dont forget anything. like i said, a good night sleep should be enough to keep thos bags under the eye away for the day!

Eat normally! Whatever you eat on any other given day.

Too many brides end up fainting because they think starving themselves the day of the wedding will shed an extra pound or get too busy and forget. Even worse they end up drunk which is not attractive.

Take it from a person who knows....not eating is going to lower your metabolism and your energy levels.

Hi, How are you?
Well, firstly, congratulations! You've found your dream man!
OK, You should do this. Get an early night the night before, you don't want to look sleepy on your big day. You should have a good breakfast when you wake up, but not too much (you need to be able to get into your dress, so don't stuff yourself!) as you don't want to faint or throw up on your special day. Then, get married, and just enjoy yourself at the reception. If your dress fits very tightly though (obviously I don't know what you look like) I wouldn't eat loads, or your dress might split (It happened to a friend of mine at a job interview).
Have the best day of your life, good luck!
Hope I Helped!

Congratulations.... Go to bed early the night before, I knot it's hard but make the sacrifice...Make sure you have a good, healthy breakfast. Depending on the time of your wedding, you may want to have a quick but filling snack a couple of hours prior to getting dressed.. Drink lots of water in order to keep your face (make up) moisturized.... Make time during your reception to grab a bite....Your maid of honor should make sure you eat throughout the day....
Enjoy your day, and don't get drunk..... Good luck

Have a good breakfast but you may not be hungry. I think it is very important to have a balanced diet that day especially if alcohol will be taken at the reception!
